Welcome to Unbreakable Route LLC. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services, whether you are a customer booking logistics services or an independent contractor providing transportation services. By engaging with our business, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

1. General Provisions 

  • Lawful Use: You agree to engage with our logistics and courier services only for lawful purposes. You must not violate any applicable local, state, or federal laws while utilizing our network for intrastate or interstate commerce. 

  • Intellectual Property: All content, branding, operational materials, and proprietary workflows provided by Unbreakable Route LLC are the exclusive property of the Company. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission. 

2. Customer Terms 

  • Service Delivery: We provide courier and logistics services focused primarily on Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and its surrounding areas, as well as interstate routes. While we strive to meet all scheduled delivery times, Unbreakable Route LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from unforeseen transit delays, weather events, or circumstances outside our direct operational control. 

  • Liability Limitation: Our maximum liability for lost or damaged goods shall be limited to the declared value of the shipment at the time of booking, subject to any additional insurance purchased by the customer. 

3. Independent Contractor Terms 

  • Relationship of Parties: Drivers operating under Unbreakable Route LLC do so strictly as independent contractors. No employer-employee relationship is established or implied. Contractors are fully responsible for their own vehicles, insurance, maintenance, and tax obligations. 

  • Compensation Structure: Contractors are compensated via flat-rate or per-route settlements. Hourly wages do not apply. Unbreakable Route LLC deducts a standard percentage fee from the total route value for sourcing, securing, and dispatching the route contracts. 

  • Disbursement: All weekly contractor settlements are disbursed permanently on Tuesdays. 

  • Operational Platforms: Contractors are required to utilize the Connecteam application to manage schedules, track contractor availability, and execute required operational communications. 

  • Regulatory Compliance: Contractors must strictly adhere to the safety and operational standards set by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) when crossing state borders or carrying specific loads. 

4. Governing Law 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, even when services are rendered across state lines.
