Unbreakable Route LLC Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 28, 2025

Welcome to Unbreakable Route LLC. These Terms of Service govern the provision of our courier and delivery Services to our business partners and clients. By contracting with us for Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By signing a service agreement or placing a cargo delivery order, the Client agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms, which constitute the full agreement between the Client and Unbreakable Route LLC.

• Service Provision: Unbreakable Route LLC is a courier service specializing in business-to-business (B2B) cargo delivery.

• Independent Drivers: The Client acknowledges that Unbreakable Route LLC partners with independent contract drivers to execute the Services. These drivers are not employees of Unbreakable Route LLC. The Company is responsible for dispatching, tracking, and maintaining insurance standards for all routes.

Base Service Payment: A fixed base service payment rate is established for all standard delivery requests under contract. This rate remains consistent and does not vary based on the specific cargo or route.

• Payment Due Date: Once Unbreakable Route LLC has accepted the Client's delivery request and confirmed the booking, the base service payment is due and payable within forty-eight (48) hours.

• Route Commencement Condition: Payment for the base service rate must be received in full before the route begins. If payment is not made within the 48-hour window or prior to the scheduled start time, the delivery request will be automatically canceled without penalty to Unbreakable Route LLC.

• Additional Fees and Surcharges: The Client agrees to pay any applicable additional fees, which will be invoiced separately, including but not limited to:

• Wait Time/Detention: Charges applied for delays exceeding the standard ten (10) minute loading or unloading window at either the origin or destination.

• Special Requests: Fees for specialized equipment, specific vehicle requirements, or non-standard handling needs.

• Failed or Re-Routed Deliveries: Charges for packages rejected by the recipient or requests for a last-minute change in the delivery address.

• Invoicing: Invoices for additional charges are due immediately from the invoice date.

• Standard Wait Time: Our service includes a standard ten (10) minute free wait time for loading and unloading at each location. This allows for brief, unavoidable delays without incurring an additional charge.

• Detention Fees: If loading or unloading exceeds the ten (10) minute standard wait time due to the Client’s or recipient’s operational delays, a detention fee will be applied to the final invoice.

• Cancellation Policy: As detailed in above, if the base service payment is not received before the scheduled route commencement, the request will be canceled.

• Cargo Preparation: The Client is responsible for ensuring all cargo is properly packaged, labeled, and accompanied by the necessary manifest documentation.

• Accuracy: All dimensions, weight, and contents of the cargo must be declared accurately at the time of booking to ensure proper vehicle assignment and rate calculation.

•Our liability is limited. All claims for cargo loss or damage must adhere strictly to the procedures and time limits.

• Request Acceptance: Service is confirmed only upon Unbreakable Route LLC's acceptance of the delivery request and receipt of the base payment for that specific delivery.

• Pick-up and Delivery: We are committed to prompt and reliable service. Independent contract drivers are responsible for the safe transit of cargo from the designated origin to the destination.

• Proof of Delivery (POD): A signed or electronic POD will be obtained at the time of delivery and provided to the Client as confirmation of completion.
